Salvation’s Yet to Come

The rising up of Jesus Christ

provides us with true hope.

What we have gained will never fade.

 It’s kept in heaven, so

we know protection through God’s pow’r.

Salvation’s yet to come.

We live rejoicing through the trials

that challenge everyone.

—–

More precious than a pile of gold,

we rest within the faith

that will result, when Jesus comes,

 in glory, honor, praise.

We have not seen what’s yet to be,

 but choosing to believe,

our souls are full of joy brought by

what we’re sure to receive.
