A prophet came to town, which made some people wonder why.
He told them, “Nothing’s wrong, I come to lead a sacrifice.”
In truth he had a mission there, to find the coming king.
Among the men presented he found none to do the thing.

And then a lad, the least among eight brothers came and stood.
His youth and beauty, seen by all, said, “take this guy, he’s good.”
The prophet then applied the oil and there before their eyes,
the spirit of the Lord came down, and they were all surprised.
