Justified by faith, we have peace with God.
Through our Lord Christ Jesus, access we’ve obtained.
In this grace we’re standing, boasting in the hope
that we’ll share God’s glory, forevermore.

More than that, we’re boasting in our sufferings.
Knowing that through these we learn how to endure.
Character proceeds and, that produces hope.
We’re not disappointed, for God is love.

God’s love enters our hearts; with the Spirit comes.
For while we were weak, Christ, met us in our sins.
No one else would do that, here God’s love is proved.
While we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
