God made me an apostle
of Jesus Christ, to go
to churches filled with
the saints on earth below..

Where people join in shouting,
with voices unrestrained,
the source of their salvation,
their savior, Jesus’, name.
—–
May grace and peace be with you
from God, through Jesus Christ,
in overflowing measure,
unto eternal life.
—–
Enriched by speech and knowledge,
supplied in every way,
and thankfully rejoicing,
meet every bless-ed day.
—–
Grow strong in speaking boldly,
of what Christ does in you.
Await the revelation
for which we’re waiting, too.
—–
The gifts you will be needing
arrive when time is right.
God calls us first for service,
and then supplies the light.
