Perseverance is from God’s side, where there’s just no giving in.
God persists where we’ve been fickle, thoughtless or entrapped in sin.

Once abhorred, we’ll be restored. Gathered back, both young and old.
All the past is gone, forgiven. There will be an age of gold.
