Many are the ways to live, God’s is one among them.
What I’ve found is what it gives: daily food for thinking.
Since this plan’s within my hand, contradictions scatter.
When I meditate on these, teachers cease to matter.
With God’s precepts on my mind, I’m set up for wisdom.
I’m held back from evil ways, primed for God’s own kin-dom.
Hewing true to what’s been learned, lives are filled with sweetness.
Understanding that’s been gained, frees our feet for fleetness.
