A wind of judgment from the desert troubles timid souls
of foolish people, stupid children, who refuse to know.
They’re skilled at evil, ignorant of how to do what’s good.
The land they leave is wasted, dark and can produce no food.
The mountains quake, the birds migrate, and deserts grow apace.
The cities lie in ruins. It’s the end for every place.
The people bring it on themselves and on posterity.
The land itself is innocent, but suffers horribly.
