God is surely watching, ev’ry nation’s case:
Ev’ry selfish action, ev’ry vile disgrace.
At the Lord’s command each institution falls.
Evil overtakes the nations, one and all.

That which wasn’t valued is what will remain.
God repairs the ruins, makes them whole again.
Everyone will look upon what had been slain,
See the restoration of God’s holy name.
—–
Time is surely coming, for a harvest, rich.
Mountains dripping sweet wine, hills will flow with it.
Ancient wrongs get righted, ruined cities fixed.
People who were scattered, gather once again.
—–
They shall plant their vineyards, and shall drink their wine.
Fruit of their own gardens, feed them in their time.
Rooted in the love and justice of the Lord,
they shall live in peace by promises secured.
