Let God Make You Whole Leviticus 23:26-32

Hearing folks’ applause and praises to the skies,

only lasts a moment, then the echo dies.

Pausing to atone for sinful, errant ways,

can’t be done alone and, may take several days.

Do not get distracted, concentrate on this,

You’ve been less than perfect, constantly remiss.

Self-denial won’t make up for any sin,

but it helps you focus, on the state you’re in.

If, indeed, it’s work that turns you from the way,

that could be the reason you should take a day.

Set aside your labor, think about your soul.

Find where it is broken, let God make you whole.
