Stealing and Cheating Leviticus 19:11-14

Stealing and cheating, just like telling lies,

won’t make you popular (that’s no surprise).

And when your promises cannot be kept,

don’t make it worse by putting God in debt.

—–

Neighbors are not for you to cheat and use.

Stealing is something that you should not do.

Holding back wages that a worker’s earned,

is something else for which you will be spurned.

—–

There are some people who can’t hear or speak.

Yet they communicate, and they’re not weak.

Some cannot see, because their eyes are blind.

God watches over them, so you be kind.
