Rich and poor share matching fates,
sin, as well, in matching wa-ys.
Failings don’t have diff’rent weights,
but when time comes to efface,
rich and poor pay diff’rent rates, to get clean.

hear confessions, clear the blame.
No one needs to live with shame.
Loving is God’s chosen fra-me.
Come, confess; your life reclaim, let it go.
