Working is hard but it’s better than laziness as a friend.
You’ll be in want if you choose to, spend all your time in your bed.
Poverty stalks you with hunger, leaving you all out of bread.
Stealing may fill up your belly, it’s not a blessing in the end.
Things you get quickly will vanish; they won’t sustain very long.
Keep your eyes peeled for a job that takes work but can make you strong.
