If you get the news from liars and believe the things they say,
then you’ll become a lying evildoer on the way.
A hundred blows befalling you will never change your mind.
You’ll look afar for proof and shun rebuke of any kind.

The use of bribes to get success twists how you see the world,
and taking them twists justice leaving more than minds disturbed.
Though violence is bad it’s better than a foolish start.
Adversities and testing are how God refines a heart.
