Lives are many-journeyed. All will end at last.
Destinations matter, just as do the paths.
—–
Everyone’s a pilgrim, on this well-worn road.
Be a good companion. Help folks bear their load.
—–
Heed the map I leave you. If you go that way.
You’ll avoid my errors, live a better way.
—–
Loyalty and faith will serve you more than wealth.
Write them on your heart and they will be your health.
—–
Find and trust in God more than your own insight.
Humbly ask for wisdom. That’s where you’ll find light.
—–
Everything you have has come from somewhere else.
Share it with the needy. Hoarded treasure melts.
—–
Welcome God’s correction as a form of love,
and the Lord’s protection as through life you move.
