God is our strength and shield,
a very present help when trouble comes.
Therefore we will not fear
even though earth may change
or when the mountains shake down by the sea.

There is a river whose
streams make God’s city glad, where the Lord dwells.
Nations roar, kingdoms fall.
God reigns above them all.
Under whose wings we’re blest, in whom we rest.
—–
Come and behold God’s works
manifest on the earth where struggles cease.
Be still and know the Lord
in sacrament and word
through which the call is heard. Know and have peace.
