We Often Get Our Focus Wrong Psalm 45

We often get our focus wrong, think someone good because he’s strong

a president or king or such, compared to God is not so much.

—–

We’ll pen some praise or half a verse, implying they are of some worth

encouraging their crazy rants, when all we are is sycophants.

—–

We send our daughters and our sons, to serve the self-selected ones

and lose them to the infamy, of being slaves to tyranny.

—–

Have mercy on us, God of grace, and help us when we lose our place.

For you alone are worthy of, our praises and devoted love.
